                                   MARKETING COORDINATOR

                                           Location: Sarajevo

The objective of the Marketing Coordinator is the effective preparation and implementation of the Sales & Marketing Plan of the country, in order to ensure the promotion of the company and its products, to improve the company’s relations with its customers and to strengthen the brand in the market.

Main tasks and responsibilities:
  • Adapts and implements the Group’s Marketing strategy in the local market in cooperation with the Group Head of Marketing, the Regional Marketing Manager and the Commercial Director of the company.
  • Prepares the Marketing plan with clear objectives, strategic planning and actions according to realistic and agreed timeframes in cooperation with the General Manager and the Sales Force of the company.
  • Implements and monitors the Marketing Plan, controls all Marketing actions, evaluates the achievement of targets and suggests improvements (objectives and product mix).
  • Implements successfully marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness
  • Updates the social media local pages in cooperation with regional digital marketing specialist.
  • Participate in the update of the local website of the company.
  • Cooperates and coordinates the advertising company to launch the campaigns and evaluate them
  • Makes proposals, coordinates and controls all promotional actions (media, digital marketing, exhibitions, events, brochures etc.)
  • Utilizes all marketing tools to create MQL (Marketing Qualified Leads), analyze and categorizes them through CRM to promote them to the sales team
  • Prepares the content for newspaper articles, press releases, interviews, newsletters, social media. Chooses the content depending on the target audience (commercial network, fabricator etc)
  • Organizes the presence of the company and represents the company in exhibitions and other events.
  • Reports, targeting and following up of the targets.
  • Conducts markets research or surveys in order to define the position of the company and its competitors in the market and to evaluate the customers’ satisfaction level.
  • Supervises the proper operation of the Showroom and the tracking systems of visits to follow up and handle them to sales.
  • Welcomes, serves and informs customers and potential customers (end-users) in the showroom (sampling/briefing on aluminum systems)
  • Registers the floor traffic to the CRM (Showroom Visit Tracking section) by receiving the necessary written consents according to the GDPR and maintains a file for the follow up of customers.
  • Assigns the leads resulting from visits to the relevant Sales Consultant or Engineering Consultant
  • Do the follow up of the visits.

Professional and general qualifications:

  • 3 - 5 years’ experience in Marketing department of a well-organized preferably multinational company, good knowledge of social media and familiar with webpages use, CRM knowledge as a preferable characteristic
  • Business Administration or Marketing graduate
  • Knowledge of Digital Marketing
  • Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Excellent knowledge of English language
