Agency MojPosao.ba – Alma Career BH Ltd is supporting is supporting a client from the manufacturing industry in the search for a:

                                        Finance Supervisor

                                                 Kreševo

MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Finance Management & Controlling:
  • Ensure accurate and IFRS-compliant financial reporting.
  • Prepare monthly and annual financial statements according to IFRS.
  • Build, develop, and manage local controlling structures.
  • Conduct variance analysis, cost monitoring, and profitability evaluations.
  • Manage liquidity planning, cash flow, and budgeting.
Functional Leadership & Coordination:
  • Provide functional guidance to the local accountant and administrative specialist.
  • Collaborate closely with the Group CFO in Austria.
  • Act as a key link between production, administration, and group finance.
Material Accounting & Production Processes:
  • Oversee correct and transparent material accounting.
  • Monitor inventory movements and material consumption.
  • Analyze and optimize production and logistics processes.
Process Management & IT Affinity:
  • Optimize financial and administrative processes and actively contribute to building and developing processes, systems, and workflows across the organization.
  • Take a hands-on approach to establishing efficient structures and workflows and continuously improving existing processes.
  • Support the implementation and improvement of ERP and reporting systems.
  • Ensure efficient digital workflows and data quality.

PROFESSIONALS AND GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS
  • Degree in Finance, Controlling, Accounting, or similar.
  • Several years of relevant professional experience, ideally in manufacturing.
  • Strong IFRS knowledge and practical experience in material accounting.
  • Excellent process understanding and IT affinity.
  • Proactive and hands-on mindset, with a strong interest in building, developing, and continuously improving processes and systems.
  • Ability to take ownership and actively contribute to the development of structures and workflows within a growing organization.
  • Languages: English (strong), German (basic).
  • Strong analytical mindset and team-oriented working style.
