We are looking for a service-driven professional with excellent Dutch language skills who enjoysguiding others and ensuring top-quality customer support. In this role, you will not only handle customer inquiries yourself but also train, coach, and supervise a team of customer service agents, ensuring smooth processes and client satisfaction.
This is a freelance, fully remote position with flexibility, professional growth, and the opportunity to be part of an international expert community.
The Role:
Provide excellent customer service in Dutch (C1 level), supported by English (B1/B2)
Supervise and guide customer service agents, acting as a trainer and mentor
Support onboarding and knowledge transfer within the team
Monitor quality and ensure compliance with client standards
Experience in Customer Service industry as supervisor/ trainer
Open and communicative empathetic person with people management skills
Languageskills are must and technical skills in order to be able to work with different systems
What you bring:
Service-oriented, friendly, and helpful communication style
Excellent Dutch (C1 level) and good English skills in written and spoken form
Willingness to work with several systems at the same time
Affinity for technology and online tools
Motivation to continuously learn new things
Additional requirements:
You are already self-employed or willing to become self-employed
You have at least 20 hours available per week
You have a dedicated workspace where you can work undisturbed
You have a stable internet connection (minimum 16,000 DSL) with LAN cable (no WiFi)
You have a computer/laptop with at least Windows 10
Optional: a dual-screen setup (or willingness to add one)
You own a USB headset
