Dutch-Speaking Customer Service Agent (m/f/d) – 100% Remote / Home Office

We are looking for a customer-oriented and communicative professional with excellent Dutch language skills and basic English skills. This is a freelance position open to candidates from both EU and non-EU countries. You will handle customer inquiries, provide high-quality support, and ensure client satisfaction. What you bring:
  • Service-oriented, friendly, and helpful communication style
  • Excellent Dutch (C1 level) and good English skills in written and spoken
  • Willingness to work with several systems at the same time
  • Affinity for technology and online tools
  • Motivation to continuously learn new things
     
Additional requirements:
  • You are already self-employed or willing to become self-employed
  • You have at least 20 hours available per week
  • You have a dedicated workspace where you can work undisturbed
  • You have a stable internet connection (minimum 16,000 DSL) with LAN cable (no WiFi)
  • You have a computer/laptop with at least Windows 10
  • Optional: a dual-screen setup (or willingness to add one)
  • You own a USB headset
