We are looking for a customer-oriented and communicative professional with excellent Dutch language skills and basic English skills. This is a freelance position open to candidates from both EU and non-EU countries. You will handle customer inquiries, provide high-quality support, and ensure client satisfaction. Excellent Dutch (C1 level) and good English skills in written and spoken

Additional requirements:
You are already self-employed or willing to become self-employed
You have at least 20 hours available per week
You have a dedicated workspace where you can work undisturbed
You have a stable internet connection (minimum 16,000 DSL) with LAN cable (no WiFi)
You have a computer/laptop with at least Windows 10
Optional: a dual-screen setup (or willingness to add one)
You own a USB headset
