Account Receivable Officer (m/f)

Main tasks and responsibilities:
- Posting sales invoices and credit notes with customers.
- Reconcile accounts receivable transactions with customers.
- Issuing new sales invoices in Pronto.
- Reconciliation Mineman and Pronto.
- Investigating and resolving any irregularities or enquiries.
- Setup new and maintain customer master file.
- Run and review regular debtor reports.
- Support other accounting and finance team members, inventory management, and cost accounting.
- Provide supporting documentation for audits.
Professional and general qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field preferred.
- 1+ years of accounting and/or relevant finance experience.
- Knowledge of English language at least B1.
- Working knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to meet deadlines.
