                                    HR Manager (m/f)


Main tasks and responsibilities:
Recruitment and Selection
  • Implementing recruitment and selection activities.
  • Developing and implementing strategies for attracting talented candidates.
Onboarding and Integration of New Employees
  • Organizing and implementing induction programs for new employees.
  • Ensuring that new hires are familiar with company policies and procedures.
Employee Development and Training
  • Identifying training and professional development needs.
  • Organizing training and development programs.
  • Monitoring employee performance and providing feedback.
Performance Management
  • Developing and implementing performance evaluation systems.
Employee Relations Management
  • Addressing employee termination issues, including the exit interview process and administrative procedures.
  • Mediating in the resolution of labor disputes and disagreements.
  • Managing communication between management and employees.
Administration and Compliance
  • Keeping accurate and updated personnel records.
  • Ensuring compliance with legal regulations and internal company policies.
  • Handling issues related to wages, benefits, and other aspects of the employment relationship.
Preparation and Monitoring of Payroll Data
  • Accountable for activities of collecting and updating data required for payroll.
  • Cooperating with the financial sector to ensure accurate and timely calculation of salaries.
  • Ensuring the accuracy and compliance of data on compensation packages.
HR Policy and Strategic Planning
  • Updating organizational charts and reporting according to the AMA group.
  • Developing HR policies and procedures in line with the company's business goals.
  • Participating in budgeting and planning costs related to human resources.


Professional and general qualifications:
  • Preferably University Degree (Psychology, Law, Economy)
  • Work experience 3+ years in the same or similar position in production industry.
  • Proficient in English both verbal and in writing.
  • Organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficient in the use of MS Office Suite Programs (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Driver’s license, active driver.
