- Taking responsibilities for end-to-end solutions and project management
- Developing high-quality, technically rich content
- Active engagement within the Dynamics community
- Driving innovation and identifying best practices
- Mentoring of junior team members
- Working closely with internal teams to improve our product
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in the IT industry
- Familiarity with ERP systems
- Experience with report templating or business document generation
- Demonstrated ability to quickly master emerging technologies
- Proficient in conducting advanced training sessions and leading impactful sales demos
- Authoritative writing skills to produce comprehensive content
- Collaborative mindset, closely working with development teams.
- Strong technical education from a reputable university
- Fluent usage of English language
SKILLS AND COMPETENCES
- Usage of Microsoft Dynamics Business Apps (FO, CE, AX, NAV, CRM, BC, etc.)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Power Platform Tools (Automate, BI, Apps)
- Familiarity with cloud solutions like Azure, AWS, or GCP
- Excellent communication skills for guiding forum discussions
- Understanding of core business processes (purchasing, invoicing, accounting,
- warehousing)
