MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Providing expert-level of support and consultancy for ensuring successful product implementation and usage
- Collaboration with team and clients for collaborative problem-solving
- Conduction of customized training sessions for optimal product comprehension
- Gathering and assessing customer feedback for iterative improvement
- Staying attuned to industry and technology trends for informed guidance
PROFESSIONAL AND GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the IT industry
- Fundamental grasp of report templating
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive support approach
- Contribution to product developing via testing and quality assurance
- Actively engaging in product-themed forum discussions
- Comfortable delivering training sessions and assisting in sales demos
- Proficiencies in crafting informative articles and comprehensive how-to manuals
SKILLS AND COMPETENCES
- Basic understanding of database concepts and SQL.
- Familiarity with scripting and software development concepts.
- Knowledge of programming languages like C#, Java, Python, PHP, JavaScript, etc.
- Basic understanding of mass emailing APIs and SMTP services.
- Effective communicator
- Fluent usage of English language
