Job description:
  • Implementation of solutions provided by Verint on the user's website, partner Cloud or Verint Cloud solution
  • Providing of technical solution services for customers such as: call recording, quality monitoring, workforce management, speech analytics, text analytics and customer feedback
  • Installation of the Verint product package
  • Configuration of specific integration and MI reporting to meet the business needs of the user
  • Collaboration with the project team of managers, application consultants and design architects to deliver projects to clients as defined in the Statement of Work (SOW)
  • Participation in the technical planning of projects
  • Clear reporting and documentation of the final technical solution to be submitted to the support organization
  • Install and configure the Verint product suite in accordance with the requirements specified in the project documentation
  • Ensure accuracy and consistency while updating current Verint operating standards
  • Work in cooperation with the Project Manager to define a plan to achieve this state
  • Work closely with Services and Support to ensure smooth project delivery and transition to support
  • Ensure complete project handover documentation (HoTs) to increase support effectiveness
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to ensure skills are up to date
  • Communicate relevant issues to management, support, product house and other project team members.
  • Providing regular and accurate updates to the project manager and team leader as part of weekly team calls
  • Maintain awareness and meeting of company and department goals and objectives

Requirements:
  • Degree level education in relevant discipline or equivalent work experience
  • Hands on real-life experience with Microsoft Windows and SQL technology
  • Experience of working within customer technical support or within a previous customer facing role
  • Experience with deploying and configuring software systems into Customer environments
  • Ability to liaise with both internal stakeholders and the customer at a project level, clearly articulating technical concepts, project status and technical tasks
  • Demonstratable ability to be able to follow process, introduce new working methods to a team to improve effectiveness and remain flexible in achieving objectives
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing, revenue focused environment
  • Technical experience in software delivery environments, both on-premises and Cloud
  • Knowledge of enterprise software applications
  • Experience of deploying software solutions into Microsoft Windows and SQL environments
  • Knowledge of industry specific security standards and how to apply them to a customer’s environment
  • Knowledge of Cloud computing
  • Be able to work 40 hours per week from Monday to Friday (flexible schedule)
  • Fluent English language knowledge skills (written and spoken)
