The Software Implementation Trainer will be responsible for working with the Software Implementation team to guide unified implementation efforts internally and educate customers on use of the Verint WFMPro system and its related offerings.
This position involves using a variety of online meeting platforms, Verint’s WFMPro software and its related offerings, Verint’s ticketing systems, and SFDC (Salesforce.com) to ensure all customer activity is noted, all projects are updated including recent communications and meetings, and all customer needs are communicated and/or otherwise routed to the appropriate responsible cross-functional teams.
Perform the training elements of WFMPro software implementation projects
Use our project management application and Salesforce.com and make sure our activity history is up to date with all customers facing email communication, including log meetings & phone calls.
Prepare approaches and presentations for all customer meetings in advance
Attend internal knowledge transfer meetings with sales, customer success, and implementation teams, sharing customer intelligence and engagement insight
Escalate any projects that didn’t make progress each week to Project Manager = Risk Management process.
Make sure all meetings are recorded and posted in appropriate locations.
Aid in the development of additional training materials, as needed
Consult with support on questions and cases pertaining to implementation decisions
Must possess excellent customer communication, customer training, and interpersonal skills
Demonstrated history as a trainer and/or educator, preferably of cloud-based software applications
Demonstrated problem solving skills
Ability to effectively work with tight schedules and fast paced environment to minimize a problem
Being able to perform both independently and as part of a team
Very good command of English language (spoken and written)
Must be skilled with all MS Office applications
Salesforce.com CRM experience is a plus
