Junior HR Project Partner (m/f)
Location: Sarajevo
 
We are looking for a Junior HR Project Partner to source, screen and pre-select qualified job candidates for our clients. HR junior project partner together with the recruitment project team will develop a plan for the direct search of qualified candidates based on profile requirements.
 

Responsibilities:
  • Planning and executing a full life cycle recruiting process
  • Reporting and supporting clients’ requests
  • Creatively reach out to both active and passive candidates through various recruitment channels
  • Utilize social media and other channels to advertise positions and attract candidates
  • Participation in the organization of hiring events
  • Create and maintain a database of potential candidates for the future job openings
  • Maintain candidate records, documents, and all interactions in the applicant tracking system


Requirements:
  • 1 year experience in recruitment/similar role
  • Background in BPO or Contact Center is preferred
  • Fluency in the German language is required. Knowledge of the English language is an advantage
  • Ability to manage the first hiring stages (job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing)
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Solid organizational and time-management abilities
  • A driving license is preferable
