Technical Sales Support

Kolektiv Ltd – Agency MojPosao.ba for its client, a global leader in brake friction technology, is conducting a selection process for the position of a

                                                          TECHNICAL SALES SUPPORT
                                                                 Location: Adria region


•    To strengthen and grow the relationship between the distributors and their customers (garages) by promoting the company's brands
•    To transfer knowledge about products and technical aspects of servicing the brake system
•    Deliver all the necessary technical and sales support that improves the company's image and reputation in the markets
•    Support the local distributor sales structure in achieving annual turnover goals by preparing relevant analyses and transferring product information 
•    Plan  and conduct regular visits to local partners/distribution and their networks  
•    Perform training events with both garage and distributor staff and providing breaking system knowledge
•    Participate in trade shows and technology events aiming to increase brand awareness
•    Support and educate distributors in the proper verification of potential quality claims, clarification of warranty issues, handling warranty reports from customers, control warranty documentation flow between CST and customers 
•    Support marketing communication  and activities by verification, adaptation, or creation of technical materials (press articles, video, presentations, webinars, etc.)
•    Reporting to Head of Sales office in Poland.


•    Higher education (minimum bachelor’s degree, technical would be an advantage) 
•    Fluent English in verbal and written communication
•    Native one of the Region language (Croatian, Serbian, Bosnian, Slovenian)
•    Driving license and willingness to travel extensively
•    Office Package – fluent in Excel and PowerPoint
•    Knowledge of brake systems in passenger and/or commercial vehicles (update training will be given) 
•    Good presentation skills and professional appearance proved by min 1 year of experience

•    Understanding of working for B2B
•    Understanding of sales and sales supporting promotion techniques
•    Good in verbal and written communication, ready to provide presentation in front of the audience
•    Very good Time management, self-discipline
