Candidate Attraction Specialist (m/f)
In the light of our further expansion, we are looking for a Candidate Attraction Specialist to source, screen and pre-select qualified job candidates for our clients.
Candidate Attraction Specialist responsibilities include job advertising, direct search and reaching out to potential candidate, candidate pre-screening and providing shortlists of qualified candidates based on profile requirements.
- Assist in the full-cycle recruiting efforts from sourcing, interviewing to pre-selecting top talents for final interviews with the HR managers.
- Creatively reach out to both active and passive candidates through various recruitment channels to meet staffing needs.
- Utilize social media and other channels to advertise positions and attract candidates.
- Screen resumes and job applications
- Interview candidates and provide shortlists of qualified potential hires
- Participation in the organization of hiring events
- Create and maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings
- Maintain candidate records, documents and all interactions in the applicant tracking system
- At least one year of experience in a similar role
- Background in BPO or Contact Center is preferred
- Fluency in German language is required. Knowledge of English language is an advantage
- Ability to manage the first hiring stages (job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing)
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Solid organizational and time-management abilities
- Driving license, willingness to an occasional business trips
