Human Resources & Admin Manager
Location: Sarajevo
 
 
MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
 
  • Recruitment & End of Service processes
  • Oversees Compensation and Payroll processes
  • Employee Relations processes
  • Professional Development processes and strategic plans
  • Leadership of personnel in HR team
  • Leading role in change management of company culture / performance
  • Leadership of administrative staff
  • Facilities management
  • External contracts / supplies management and procurements
 
PROFESSIONAL AND GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS
 
  • 8-10 years of HR experience,
  • minimum 5 years senior HR management experience
  • English language fluency written & spoken
  • University standard of education in a relevant subject or similar fields
  • Professional training record for all main disciplines of HR management preferable but not eliminatory
  • Experience in working with international companies also preferable but nor eliminatory
 
 
COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS
 
  • Strong communications skills-including presentation
  • Good problem solving skills
  • Fluent English is a must
  • Excellent understanding of human resources policies and procedures
  • Drivers license
